Four almonds, a bit of saunf, and some missry, eating this at night will help improve eyesight but after eating this, water should not be taken.
A little mustard oil should be rubbed on the eyelids before going to sleep; this will help prevent weakness of eyesight and will also keep other eye diseases at bay.
Also use a lot of carrots which will prevent weakening of sight even in old age.
Before taking a bath, rub mustard oil on the thumbs of the feet, this will protect from weak eyesight even if a person is a 100 years old. (Professor Mirza Munawar Baig)
