Always, first turn to Allah (SWT) for relief, by first offering Nafl prayer for help and forgiveness (offer two Rakah of Salat-ul-Hajat and Salat-ul-maghfira).  If your finances allow, give in Charity (Sadqa) to a poor person (try and find the most needy person you can possible). Read prayer (Zikr), and then as per the Practice (Sunnah) of the Prophet (PBUH) start medication.
