Respected Hazrat Hakeem Sir Assalam-o-Alikum! I was having constipation from past 3 years. One day I told my problem in front of one sincere person, so he told me one tip. I just experienced it for 7 days and my constipation got finished completely. Today I am living a peaceful life. The healing: Take three dry figs and dip in clay bowl at night. At morning, eat fig and drink that same water. Next day two figs, third day, eat 3 figs by above mentioned procedure. Then 7 days regularly, eat one seed of fig by above told procedure.
