Health is most essential for all. Without health one can do neither good deed nor bad one. Physical as well as spiritual health is highly desirable. For this purpose one should remain happy or at least satisfied without facing any trouble. One should avoid internal and external problems and quarrels. Treat everybody fairly without any sort of grudge and jealousy.
Make sure that every disease is being treated properly. Value your eyes and feet. Eat well balanced diet at proper time. Eat vegetables more but make a limited usage of pepper, sugar and tea. Abstain from smokingand must use milk and seasonal fruit a bit. Avoid over eating. In case of indigestion stop eating and restore it gradually. Make a habit to do exercise daily so that your body-limbs move daily. Take a haircut every week; take a bath daily or at least weekly in extreme winter. Wear neat and clean dress. Adopt simplicity in food and clothing. Say prayers regularly and take care of the rights of your family. Rights of Allah and rights of people, both must be kept in mind. Try to speak less, and speak softly, lower down your eyes. Avoid your eyes and ears from foul things. Spend wisely. Fulfill your sexual desires legally; minimum once in a month. Take rest for eight hours daily.
