REQUIREMENTS OF MAINTAINING HEALTH IN THE MONTH OF APRIL

In this month, the children should not be kept in warm and closed rooms. Similarly, the oldmen should also avoid going outside in the sunlight. It is the requirement in April to live, take & drink neat & clean. Also avoid taking heavy caloric food.

The autumn season previously camping in March is near to end. However, it will prevail more in the hilly areas. However environment, day & night of plain & southern areas self speaking that the summer season has set in. The wheat crop has gained golden colour, mango buds have sprouted and quails are shouting in the full sunlight sitting on the dense trees.

Whatever the circumstances are, change in seasons is a permanent routine / practice i.e., winter, summer, and rainy seasons remain coming & going. Every creature is affected by these changing seasons. The trees which were previously deprived from leaves in autumn starts dressing & ornamenting in spring with new sprouting flowers, emerging buds. Afterward, these flowers & buds turn into fruits. The trees earlier looking dead, start looking alive. The life seems running in the vessels of trees. The same is true with human beings. When snow starts melting, the idle energies of body also start triggering. The oily & caloric foods being felt palatable in winter season, is felt awkward in this month. Moreover, if someone wearing thick & warm cloths, using quilts, blankets, mattresses etc. feels irritation. The precipitation also starts emerging from body pores in this month.

Although mankind fight against the changing seasons but it is not possible for every person of every area to fight completely. They can defeat, tolerate only up to a certain extent. It is better to compromise and adjust ourselves according to moods of changing seasons. Each season has its own requirements. The pleased nature also supports to fight against the seasons. It is duty of all sensible to understand demands of these seasons and act, adjust accordingly.

Summer Season and Exercise:

Life is name of being active. We cannot change / stop routines of seasons, however it is essential to change angles of leading life according to prevailing season. If you love your health then definitely you will be dedicated and emotional to maintain the same. People who go to bed early at night and get up early in the morning, they lead a satisfactory life. Similarly, the peoples who get up before the sun sets-in and stand before Allah Almighty are actual beneficiary of the blessings of morning time. The duration of day time in the month of April is considerable longer than March. In this month, the sun rises earlier. We should get up early in the morning, perform Salah and after freeing from other necessities of life should go out for walk, exercise & recreation in the open plain areas, gardens, fields.  If you have the habit of doing exercise, it is advised to first drink two glasses of water essentially. This way, you shall feel pleasure and not feel tiredness which is caused by emission of precipitation during the course of walking, exercising, running, playing games etc. Do not put on thick clothes otherwise precipitation will not dry properly and you shall feel hot.

After drying precipitation and normalizing breath, if you feel, take the mild hot water. Make body neat & clean by rubbing well and putting on cotton made, neat & clean vest. These days the trend of using pure cotton made dresses has decreased. But, it is true that such dresses are actually more comfortable. Whatever the dress you put on, the same should be neat & clean. Afterwards, take nutritious breakfast to meet all demands of body like deficiency of water, minerals, vitamins, fats, proteins etc.

Foods of Summer Seasons:

Often people complain about loss of appetite during the summer season. This problem is faced by all those who do not get up early in the morning, do not do walk, exercise, jump, play games etc. Otherwise, they would have been feeling hungry well in time at breakfast. The use of heavy foods is not suitable in this season. The best breakfast of summer season is the use of flock of wheat, barley along with fresh lukewarm milk. If you feel, also use yogurt mixed with some salt. Similarly also may take whole floor (without filtering), raita of potatoes, curry of fresh vegetables. Some people take bread with Daal Moong mixed in the yogurt.

In this season, the nature produces many kinds of vegetables, by using which we may maintain our health. Although the month of April is not so hot but despite of that it is advisable to make only a mild use of Animal Proteins i.e. meat, eggs, fish, hen etc. If you feel more, may take 03 to 04 eggs per week. Similarly also decrease intake of salt, ghee & butter as well as of sugar / sweets. Replace halwas, sweets with the seasonal fruits like orange, Gandayrian (sugar cane pieces peeled and cut shortly), Melon, Water Melon etc. Possibly try to accomplish work in the morning or evening times. Keep drinking water to avoid deficiency.

Physical Requirements:

The month of April has its own particular precautions & strategies to adopt so that health of peoples like players, laborers, children, old-men, taking sedative medicines may not suffer. The trainers who give training to players, laborers, workers etc. it is their prime responsibility to advise them to take plenty of water intermittently.
