One night I saw Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in my dream. He said, “O Malik Bin Dinar! No doubt that Allah has forgiven you. As many times you have offered the gift of light to my followers, as much Allah has rewarded you.
Dream of Malik Bin Dinar (Allah’s mercy be upon him):
A noble saint Hazrat Malik Bin Dinar says that once I went to a graveyard on Friday night and found that it was illuminating; I thought that Allah had forgiven everyone buried in that graveyard. I heard a voice saying, “O Malik Bin Dinar! It’s a gift from Muslims”.
I said, “By God tell me what gift is sent to you by Muslims?” The voice said, “A pious man stayed in the graveyard in the night. He performed ablution and said two rakatprayers in such a way that in first rakat, he recited Surah Kafirounafter Surah Fateha and in the second rakat, he recited Surah Ikhlas then he prayed to Allah that He may accept those two rakatsas a gift from him to all the Muslims in the graves. Because if this, Allah illuminated the graveyard,delighted usand widened our graves”.
Hazrat Malik Bin Dinar says that after this, every Thursday I used to say two rakat prayers and gifted it to all the Muslims. One night I saw Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in my dream. He said, “O Malik Bin Dinar! No doubt that Allah has forgiven you. As many times you have offered the gift of light to my followers, as much Allah has rewarded you. Moreover, Allah has made a home for you in the heaven which is called Muneef. I asked, “What is Muneef?” The Prophet said, “It would be desired even by the people of heaven!”

1: Recite the following prayer seven times (with Durud Sharif one time before and after) “AllahummaNawwirQalbi Be ilmikaWastaamilBadani Be taatika”. اَللّٰھُمَّ نَوِّرْ قَلْبِیْ بِعِلْمِکَ وَاسْتَعْمِلْ بَدَنِیْ بِطَاعَتِکَ
2: On the first Wednesday of Islamic month, keep reciting the following prayer form sunrise till sunset while performing the everyday tasks (with Durud Sharif three times before and after). Before reading any book, recite the same prayer three times (with Durud Sharifthree times before and after) Insha’Allah the study will not be forgotten “Ya Allah ulMustaanuAla Ma Tasifoun”.
3: Before reading a book, recite the following prayer (with DurudSharif three times before and after)
“AllahumaftahAliyyaFutuh al ArifeenaBihikmatikaWanshurAliyyaRehmatakawaZakkirniMinhu ma NaseetuYaZaljalaaliWalikram”.
4: After reading, recite the following prayer. Insha’Allah memory will be strengthened. “BismillahArehmanAlraheem. Bismillahewa la ilahailallahuWallahu Akbar wa la Haulawa la QuwwataillaBillaheeadadaKulleHarfinKutiba au YuktabuAbadalAabidinawaDaharradDahirinaYaRabbalAalimin”.
