The greatest name of Allah (Ism-e-Azam) has been recited and blown on this medicine. Take this medicine equal to a gram and mix it with one spoon of butter/milk cream. Take it on empty stomach on the first day of menstruation and continue using it for three days. This medicine is only to be used on the first day of the menstrual cycle and taken for three days during menstruation. If pregnancy occurs, then all right.
