Increase height as much as you desire in a short span of time

As man has reached the world of stars and moon and made impossible, possible; similarly some determined people have also changed this decades long statement that increase in height after a particular age is impossible or height and stature is inherited. In fact, a person’s height, stature and health is very much dependant on his own way of life, mental condition and childhood environment. When these feelings change, or a person gets used to some particular things, his health and stature can both become enviably better but its basic requirement is that of persistence. Yes! Perseverance! It is the key to success. By acting on mentioned advise, exercises and drills you can not only increase your height but can also be enviable healthy. Their effects on men and women are the same. Boy or a girl, everyone can gain maximum benefit from it. When the height is increased, its effects are permanent and durable. On stopping the exercises and becoming old, the increased height remains static, performing these exercises regularly will increase height by 2 or 3 inches. Body will become beautiful, shapely and nervous system will become strong and energetic. These exercises and drills have been programmed after years of study and experiments and many people have benefitted from them. Do them early in the morning or before going to sleep whatever time suits you for 5 to 8 weeks and when you have gained the required results, stop it. Experiments show that age has no relation with these exercises. Maximum benefits can be achieved from them between 10 and 35 years. Benefit ratio becomes less from 35 years onwards and the height does not increase as much as it should. Following rules should be adopted before exercising. Due to these the effect of exercise shall increase manifold.

  1. 1.      Persistence.
  2. 2.      Inhaling fresh air while walking in the morning and evening, deep breaths to be exhaled slowly. Morning walk should be done at such a place where there is greenery and trees. For an evening walk, select a barren land as in the morning trees produce oxygen while in the evening tree produce poisonous and harmful gases.
  3. 3.      Absolutely refrain or tread cautiously with use of cigarettes, tobacco, tea, coffee and wine.
  4. 4.      Take sun bath in mild sunrays, don’t decorate your house with heavy curtains, let light and air enter in abundance.
  5. 5.      Always wear loose clothes, tight fitted clothes, tight fitted coats, waist coats, tight collars, belts and tight boots have a bad effect on health.
  6. 6.      Continuous work is harmful for health; therefore take rest in intervals before getting tired.
  7. 7.      Walking, sitting and lying positions should be according to established health rules. Always sit, keeping your neck straight , chest up, straight back with dignity otherwise your backbone will lose its elasticity and your height will decrease by almost 2 inches. Make exercise a part of your routine like air and food. Exercises of the back increases height and acting on health measures improves health. Along exercises to increase height, swimming, tennis, football, golf, cricket, hockey etc can prove beneficial.
  8. 8.      Deep sleep recovers lost power and used energy. Going early to bed and early to rise is a golden rule of health. Sleep should be of 8 to 10 hours.
  9. 9.      It is important for sleep that the bed be comfortable, every person should have his own bed. Many mothers make many children sleep on the same bed which does not allow the body to spread and has a negative impact on health.
  10. 10.  Constipation is the root of all diseases, treat it as a priority. Wine, cigarettes, worries, sadness, over exhaustion and lifting heavy weight has a bad effect on digestive system and causes constipation. Practice caution from them as much as possible. Fresh water is best treatment in the world to treat constipation. Intestines stay clean due to it, drink a large glass of fresh water in the morning while fasting in the morning and drink 7 to 8 glasses of water in a day and if the constipation is not relieved this way, take one teaspoon of olive oil to lemon juice before going to sleep and drink a big glass of warm water on waking up in the morning.
  11. 11.  Diet: people who desire increase in height should always take diet which is helpful to grow bones and make them strong. Vitamin A and D has the ability to straighten bent bones and make them strong. If the bone bends due to an internal disease or weakness or weight, these vitamins straighten them and bring them to their natural location. These vitamins are found in dates, millets, butter, fish oil, milk, ghee, and different fats. These were the important rules, now these exercises and drills will be mentioned, when performing them persistently you can increase your height as much as you desire.

 

Leg exercises:

  1. 1.      Place a chair behind you.
  2. 2.      Firmly hold its back and lift both your legs one at a time and then bring them down. Lift legs as much as possible.
  3. 3.      Keep your body straight and tense pushing out your chest while doing this exercise.
  4. 4.      Don’t let the knee bend and continue till you get tired.

 

Exercise for the neck and back bone:

  1. 1.      Stand up while keeping your head high and shoulders pushed back.
  2. 2.      Place both hands firmly behind your head; now tilt your head backwards.
  3. 3.      Tilt your head forwards till the chin touches the chest.
  4. 4.      Now again tilt your head backwards again and this drill till your neck muscles tire.

 

An exercise to make neck muscles strong:

  1. 1.      Tilt head forwards and backwards one by one.
  2. 2.      Twist neck backwards such that the chin is at the level of shoulders.
  3. 3.      Move your head quickly right and left till neck muscles get tired.

 

An exercise to increase chest size:

  1. 1.      Stand comfortably and stretch your arms such that the shoulders remain straight.
  2. 2.      At the same time lift the whole body on toes.
  3. 3.      Inhale deeply and then exhale slowly and bring the arms to their original position. Repeat it again and again.

 

An exercise to lengthen the lower part of  body:

  1. 1.      Place your left leg behind your right leg.
  2. 2.      Twist your body towards right spread out your arms completely and spread out your legs as much as possible while rotating.
  3. 3.      Now come to your actual position while twisting again and bring your arms back to original position. Do it repeatedly.
  4. 4.      Place your right leg over your left and repeat it again and again.
  5. 5.      Bounce a ball on your head and try catching it again this way.
  6. 6.      Throw ball in different directions so that legs, arms and back have a good exercise.

 

Exercise for back:

  1. 1.      Some people don’t have time for exercise, this exercise is for them. This practice is done by people unintentionally however when it is done intentionally and completely, many benefits can be gained through it.
  2. 2.      When you get tired of working consistently, sit back along the back support of the chair and spread out your legs so that the nerves get rest. This exercise is the simplest and easy of all exercises to gain height.
