Respected Hakim Sahb, Assalam u alaikum! I have some prescription which I especially present to the readers of Ubqari, these prescription won’t be found in any book.

Prescription for piles:

Take Seeds of Taara meera (bitter oil is extracted from it) 200 g, internal pulp of neem’s fruit 200 g. grind both ingredients and mix them. Use one teaspoon daily in the morning and in the evening. Use this consistently till few months, piles will be finished completely. It has been tested many times.

Prescription for diabetes:

Huwash-shafi: Take seeds of saras 10 g, gum of acacia 100 g, dry Tumba 100 g, black seed 10g. Grind all the ingredients and mix them and fill it in full size capsules and use one capsule twice a day with milk.

Aphrodisiac for paralysis and lockjaw:

Huwash-shafi: Take jand baid satar 12 g, Suhaga biriyan 58 g, filfil daraz 58 g, pipla mol 58 g, black hareer 58 g. grind all the ingredients and prepare aphrodisiac. Take one teaspoon twice a day with light warm milk.
