After every Namaz keep your right hand over your heart and recite these words [اَللّٰھُمَّ یَاقَوِیُّ الْقَادِرُ الْمُقْتَدِرُ قَوِّنِیْ وَقَلْبِیْ] 7 times. Then blow on your heart and massage this hand over the heart area InshaALLAH it is a very beneficial Amal.
