Miracles of toilet supplication: It happened on Friday, May 2014 that a young girl of first grade in my private school was bullied by Jinn. I said to someone that if this girl’s family recites the practice of “Ya Qaharu” [space for Arabic text]; it will be beneficial for them. Saying this I entered toilet without reciting the supplication. When I was about to exit, some invisible force knocked me back. My elbows and back were hurt. I tried to get up and I was pushed back again. Now my elbows were injured and I had severe backache. After five minutes I tried to get out for third time, but the same thing happened. Forth time while I just got a little up, I was thrown back by some invisible force. Now I was unconscious, my family though that why was I not yet out of the washroom. Luckily I did not lock the door; they found me unconscious. They brought me out and laid me on the bed. I kept lying unconscious and motionless for five hours. When I came to my senses, I told everything to my family. I had been suffering from intense fever for two consecutive days. It was the effect of the mistake that I entered washroom without reciting the Masnoon Duaa (supplication). I am requesting all the readers to must recite the Masnoon Duaa before entering the washroom else it may also happen with what happened to me.
Offered charity and the child cured! One of my friends is sub engineer in building department. He is very God fearing and honest. His son fell ill; the doctor diagnosed a dangerous disease. He came home and spent an amount equal to the price of medicine for Allah’s sake. He prayed that, “O Allah! You have command over health and life; it is Your Grace if You bless me”. The next day, the child started recovering. The third day, doctor examined the child and he was surprised over such a quick recovery. More drips were yet to be injected but the child had fully recovered.
Reasons: Unnecessary use of sweet and starchy foods causes diabetes. An excessive intake of intoxicating medicine and alcohol also increases the possibility of diabetes. Anxiety, depression and over work also cause diabetes. Brain, spinal cord, liver and intestinal injury causes diabetes. Excessive sex can also be a cause of this disease.
Prescription No.1:
Nigella seeds: 20 grams
Chicory seeds: 15grams
Fenugreek seeds: 10 grams
Cress: 10 grams
How to use: Grind well to make powder and take half tea spoon after meal in the morning and evening every month regularly for ten days.
Prescription No.2: Mix chirata and nigella mother tincture in equal quantity. Take four drops with water in morning and evening every month regularly for ten days.
Symptoms of diabetes: It causes kidney inflammation, due to this the patient feels irritation and pain in the kidneys. The patient feels intense thirst and dryness. This disease causes frequent urination and excessive appetite. The food does not digest well; the patient suffers constipation and sometimes fever. Gradually, the patient becomes weak and thin and his pulse gets slow. The patient often suffers headache and his eyesight gets weak. The patient becomes irritable.
Diet plan: Eating 15 almonds and 150grams roasted grams gives strength. Green vegetables, saag, cucumber, tomato and cabbage are also beneficial. There is no harm in eating mutton, chicken and fish. Avoid eating sweet fruits like plum, Japanese plum, mulberry and red apple.
Types and treatments of stones:
Calcium phosphate: It is round like an egg, yellow in color and a soft stone.
Calcium oxalate: It’s a thorny and heavy stone
Uric acid: it’s a small stone
Rhubarb: 2grams
Potassium nitrate: 2grams
Ammonium chloride: 2grams
Nigella seeds: 1gram
Jokhaar: 1gram
How to use: Grind all these herbs well and make powder. Take one spoon daily in the afternoon and evening after meals. In sha Allah it will be beneficial.
Note: Stop taking medicine when the stone is dissolved.
Urination blockage: Take 2grams corn silk (corn hair) and boil it in quarter (of a kg) water till half of the water is left. Add five drops of nigella oil and give to the patient.

Recited Durud Sharif and got first division: Respected Hakim Sahib, As Salam Alaikum! It happened in 2005 when I took my final exams for BA. I was very worried about my result because I did not do well in the exams. I started reciting Durud Sharif 6666 times regularly at the time of Thajjud prayer to get first division in the exams. While reciting the Durud, I used to hear the sounds of “Allah ho, Allah ho” in my room. After this I passed the exams with first position. A few days later, I began to see an old man in reality. I still see him sometimes anywhere on my way but he disappears just as I go near him. His appearance is like he wears white dress, has grey beard, keeps a napkin on his shoulder, he has a glowing face and is very old. He wears a very shining golden watch. I started seeing him after performing the practice of Durud. I recited the following Durud Sharif:
Changes distress into mercy: This Durud is a treasure of manifold spiritual mysteries; rather the secret of mysticism is concealed in this Durud that could not be known by anyone except for the Sufis and mystics. Hence this Durud is of great importance for spirituality. In addition, if someone recites this Durud in Ramadan during Itikaf, Allah blesses him with countless spiritual secrets. Its worldly benefit is that the one who recites this Durud is always protected from grief and anxiety. So if someone is in trouble, should immediately start reciting this Durud, in sha Allah the trouble will soon be over, means the distress will change into mercy. (S L)

Kerwi phaki (sour powder): Eradicates flatulence and obesity, improves stomach and purifies blood thus brightens the face.
Ingredients: Sehu leaves: 1 quarter (of a kg) Vegetable rennet: 1 quarter (of a kg) Black cumin: 10 tolas Crush and grind these three medicines to make powder.
How to use: Take half tea spoon in morning and evening. It is also useful to cure abscesses, itching and all skin diseases.
An excellent, useful and tested medicine to treat arthritis, backache and other body pains:
How to use: Crush and grind these medicines and take full size capsules in winter in morning and evening. Take 500 grams capsules in summer after morning and evening meals.
A tested decoction for all types of cough:
Ingredients: Sweet violet: 3 masha Beebread (gaozaban): 2 masha Fennel: 3 masha Sweet weed: 3 masha Jujube: 5 Liquorice: 3 masha Raisins (munakka): 7 Sebes tan Plum: 9 Persiano shan: 2 masha Boil all these herbs in 1 quarter (of a kg) water, add sugar and drink lukewarm. Selling ignorance in the pretense of knowledge: A big attraction for me in going to Pakistan is that I buy books of my own choice which most of the times directly or indirectly are related to religion. This time I also went to Urdu bazar with a long list of books. The books that I wanted to buy included such publications that were not easily available on any shop. It was decided with the owner of a big shop that his employees would find those books from the bazar. Despite being thick and rare, I bought the books in reasonable price. Meanwhile a man in dirty clothes came to the shop and demanded a small booklet from the owner. When the poor man asked about the price, the shopkeeper told him to pay 800 rupees!!! I was shocked as I was getting an exceptional book with thousands of pages just for 600 rupees, what was so special about that booklet that it worth rupees 800? The poor customer requested him to take 7oo rupees but the owner rebuked him saying he would not give any discount, take the book or go away…! The poor man paid 800 rupees and grabbed the booklet. I was surprised to see all this happening. Right after that man left, I asked the owner why that booklet was so important. The shopkeeper asked me politely to let it go but upon my constant insistence he told that the booklet consisted of Hindus black magic practices (sifli amal) for which the shopkeepers get as much price as they ask for. He further told that there are many other books like this and these are the most sold books in Urdu bazar. A book supplier came there in my presence and I was shocked to see that there were many such booklets amidst Islamic and other knowledgeable books and the shopkeeper bought them immediately. I was standing there depressed, that was the day I lost my belief that real splendor of the shops decorated with books is due to knowledgeable people. Here they were selling ignorance in the pretense of knowledge. I paid for the books and went home with heavy steps.
