Respected Hakeem Sahab AsalamoAlaikum! I am constantly doing the wazaaif given in Ubqari because of which my condition is improving. I recite the Durood Shareef given in ubqari صَلَّی اللہُ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدْ in greater amount. No matter how badly stressed I am about something, whenever I start reciting this Durood I get peace of the mind and start to calm down and many of my problems begin to solve.
