Respected hakeem Sahib Aslam O Alikum!For Ramazan Ul Mubarik I am presenting small tip for readers. I am sure that with this tips days of readers’ Ramazan will pass without hunger and thirst. I am using this tip since 15 years, two simple chapattis (if they are made at night then very good otherwise make fresh) and half kg of yogurt (mix sugar or Desi Shakar) and eat it in sehri. Whatever the weather or season is I never felt hunger or thirst. Use 3 dates in Aftari and any fruit available. I ate one simple chapatti between Magrib and Isha with any kind of Salan. With special blessings of ALLAH whole Ramazan is spent beautifully. Never get any kind of health problem.
