Respected Hakim Sahb! Assalamo Alaikum, I have been reading the Ubqari magazine since five years. Alhamdulillah! I have got many things from Ubqari medically and spiritually. Specially, I have got too many benefits from the short act meditation that I am surprised. I am practicing since last one year visited many things and many problems have been solved. Few months back my husband’s business was going down, and then I started meditation.
