Take ammonium chloride (noshadar) and saltpetre (potassium nitrate) of equal weight and sublimate. Method of sublimation is usually found in medical books. Take this sublimate with almost 0.5 grams of butter in morning and drink whey of cow’s milk afterwards.

Qahwa of aniseed, corriander and carom (ajwain) is a substitute for people disliking whey. Use it for few weeks. Stone will be cured for ever. (Letter: Abdul Khaliq)
