Dear hakeem sahab Assalam alaikum

Since some time, I had developed diabetes and then someone told me that you should try proper precaution in food and also eat Aloe Vera (GAWAAR PATHA, also called GHEEKAWAR) according to your wish morning and evening. Now my sugar remains controlled but when i let go of precautionary food avoidances then it again increases (Sabeeha bano mohiuddin)
