Spiritual splendid charm for week memory

Honorable Hakim Shb, Assalamualaikum! If someone complains for week memory and forgets the things memorized, then the given wazeefa is very beneficial and effective for him.
Read this wazeefa for 11, 40 or 100 times and blow on person or on water and let him drink. Do read 11, 11 times Durood sharif at beginning and end. In sha ALLAH memory and knowledge will increase.

Harshness, use of foul language, roughness, peevishness, hard-heartedness; these kind of offensive qualities are found in some persons. If somebody’s heart doesn’t feel any interest in ibadah, thoughts surround him during salah; for this he must recite Surah Kafiroon 11 times after every Salah. Read durood Sharif 11times at beginning and end. Carry on this wazifa for atleast 40days. With its reading inclination, interest and pleasure will be created in Ibadah.

With the blessings of this wazifa, Allah makes escape from poverty and starvation such a way that one cannot even imagine of. Read 7times YA WAHABUاَلْوَھَّابُ while in prostration after Salatul Chasht. With the blessing of this wazifa Allah will grant contented heart. Reading it 100 times in the same way, subsistence at large range will be provided. Read 11x Durood sharif at beginning and end and carry it for 11 days or atmost 40days.
Offering Salah in congregation: Prophet PBUH said, ‘Salah in congregation is twenty seven times more meritorious than a salah performed individually.’ When a muslim makes abolution in a proper way, then goes to masjid and gets out just for Salah then on each of his footstep, his one rank gets increased, one mischief is forgiven and when offers Salah, angels pray for him until his abolution breaks. The more far area a person comes from, the more he gets reward.

It is narrated by Hazrat Ibn Abbas (ؓ) that he who gets surrounded by thoughts must read لَاحَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا بِاللّٰہِ الْعَلِیِّ الْعَظِیْمِ abundantly. This is one among the treasures of Jannah. It is one among the doors of Jannah. In one narration it is stated that an angel reveals with لَاحَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا بِاللّٰہِ الْعَلِیِّ الْعَظِیْمِ and brings health as it is a cure to 99 problems. Reading 100x daily will bring indigence. No other thing will be more helpful than the Amal of this kalimah.
A Reason for Weak Teeth: It is sunnah to do Khilal (tooth pick/prickle) after every meal. Teeth get weak on not doing so.
Now Hands And Feet will not Crack in winter: Sometimes hands, feet and lips get cracked in winter. Marks of dryness appear on face which gives pain too. Its treatment is to sit in front of fire or heater at night and apply a piece of onion on the affected area. Cracked lips and heels will heal up.

I am going to mention a tip below which I have taken from writing of Masters of Physicians (Late) Hakim Muhammad Abdullah, “Kamzori aur namardi ka shartia Ilaj”.
For Virility: Hakim Muhammad Abdullah writes that this is that tip which one of my friends use to take fees to tell about it. This tip removes the disease of night discharge (Ihtilaam) and spermatorrhoea, making the body a pillar of Iron, making complexion of face as red as Kabul’s Pomegranate, vigorous semen, physically retentive etc… Today this tip is written free for the readers of Ubqari so that utmost benefit can be achieved. : Soak Asparagus 1tola (A weigh of 12 mashas) in water over night, it will tender till morning. Honorable Hakim shb, Assalamualaikum! Every month I buy your Ubqari Magazine and read it with lots of joy, I gained a lot from it and my Knowledge also increased. I have a wonderful tip for constipation, gastric problems, and burning in stomach, which I want to present for Ubqari readers.
This is homemade local powder which I myself have perpared at home and I'm being using it still. Other than this, I prepared it for many people. whoever used it Alhamdullilah has been benefited by it.
Preparation of Homemade powder: Paneer Dodi, aniseed, white mint which is also called 'Mountain Mint'. Take them in equal quantity, grind them and sieve. Add black salt as per need and use it. Eat half a teaspoon at morning and evening after having meals. Constipation, gastric problems, burning in stomach all will be cured. Use it and remember in prayers.
For making Complexion Reddish and white

Olive Oil few drops, 3-4 small sticks of saffron. Mix this thoroughly with 5-6 drops of lemon juice and apply it on face. Use this tip only in winter season. with in a few days its application will make your skin red, white and glowing.

Dum For Scorpion's Bite: First i'll tell you my friend's tested dum. till today on whomever he did, that perosn recovered quickly. One who is bitten by a scorpion, catch him near the wound and blow this Dum thrice. He will at once be recovered.

Dum For Whole Head's pain:
Samundar uttay rehnde char bair
Ik banay Ghunha nidra duwa sir di Peer
Teesra than thelya chotha chandar pairrh

Treatment of Gallstones within a night

Put 4 tablespoons of Magnesium Sulphate in 4 glasses of water at morning and keep it in fridge. 1) Drink one of the glasses at 6 O'Clock evening. Then at the same whilst mix half cup of lemon and half cup of Olive oil and keep it in fridge. 2) At 8 O'Clock night, take out the oil and lemon mixture from the fridge and drink it along with a glass of Magnesium Sulphate's water. 3) At 10 O'Clock night, again drink other glass of magnesium Sulphate's Water and lie down straight(facing Upward), don't take any dinner. 4) At morining, Drink that remaining glass of magnesium sulphate's water empty stomach. This way all four glasses will be over. 5) At morning, 6 or 8 O'Clock, in sha ALLAH stone will be removed through stool. You can see it yourself. This is my own tested remedy with which I got rid of such a painful disease. You also check it out and remember me in your prayers.

Miraculous remedy to open Valves of Heart
