People, who are naturally fit and healthy, can digest all what they eat. But for average people, especially those who are weak, it is necessary for them to ensure that they take a balanced diet. If health can be maintained through food, it is very good and medicines can thus be avoided. In this regard, the first principle is not to completely fill the stomach. Stop eating before you still feel like having 2-3 more bites. Ensure punctuality for taking meals. Liver weakens if one eats again and again. Do not eat until you are hungry. Avoid eating emphysematous, heavy and sour things which are harmful for health and do not take unhygienic street food. Oil and brinjal contains depressants, so consume them less. Avoid drinking tea frequently, this eliminates hunger and csuded excessive urination. Pure milk is a very good thing. Do not use too much of Banaspati ghee or the intestines will become weak. Mash lentil is also gaseous, although it is quite tasty. You can reduce the nasty effects by using ginger, spices and turmeric. Mix all the four lentils together while cooking. Parathas and ingredients of gram flour causes constipation and it should never allowed happening. Make sure that the quality of wheat flour is fine. Otherwise it may cause so many health hazards. We should always take a balanced diet. Mix high calorie diet with a low calorie diet to keep balance. Red lentils and brinjal should be cooked with ghee or butter. Eat less sweet, use seasonal fruit. Eat sultanas with almonds. Keep your teeth clean always drink fresh and clean water. Keep clean air, do some exercises daily. Night sleep and mental satisfaction is also important.
