Holding the urine for a prolonged time would result into weakening of bladder and relaxing of urinary muscles, thus resulting into wet dreams. Holding the bowels causes piles, headache and nose bleeds. Holding the hunger may slim the body but also weaken the heart. Holding the thirst may affect eyesight, lack of vision and nervous weakness. Holding yawn and stretches makes the body muscles weak. Holding the cough may weaken the heart, holding the sneezes weaken the brain and vision. (Kamran, Lahore)
