Respected Hakim sahib, asalam o alaikum
I am involved in meditation for quite some years now. In the beginning it was difficult to concentrate but with intense practice and self control, I was able to truly understand the spirit of meditation and have met many religious people. just a few days ago, while doing meditation my heart started to recite the  word  Allah too and I found myself on the 5^th sky where I saw my spiritual teacher (Murshid) who gestured me to sit next to him. When I came near him, he said that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) would come in a while and he would give you water of ‘Fountain of Kausar’ to drink. Just then I was bestowed with the sight of the messenger of Allah. After that my Murshid advised me to offer Salat and then gave me a tour of heaven. I had only just seen the river of milk when sleep overtook me (Farhat, Lahore)
