In summer there comes a different and vast variety of nutrition. But nothing in this season can compete corns, as it is very tasty and full of healthy nutrition. One can find it in the market throughout the year.

Astonishing advantages of corns

  • It prevents from nausea after meals
  • Increases hunger.
  • Makes the body chubby.
  • It cures phlegm.
  • It also cures flatulence due to digestion.
  • According to physicians it is gastric; causes constipation.

Food containing fibres

Food rich in starch lessens the risk of cancer, cholesterol level and I.B.S. according to the nutrition experts, people who eat corn in any shape can control their insulin, blood sugar up to a limit. For this the experts compared two groups having diabetes type2. One group used food having fibres in large quantity and the other had less fibrous food. First group showed very positive results as they had 24gram fibre daily whereas the complaints of cholesterol and blood sugar continued from the other group. Corn can be cooked in many ways; it can be cooked in salads, soups, as pop corns,in curries and even as a BBQ in summer. Roasted corn is popular among children. According to the experts corn is better than fruits and vegetables.

Fear- a new disease

A fear which can be considered refreshing and pleasant is the fear from ALMIGHTY ALLAH which is considered the beginning of wisdom

In this atomic age every other person is facing the disease of having fear, which affects lives in different ways. We agree that apparently we look bold and confident but there is a corner of our mind in which fear is hidden, sometimes it dominates the whole personality. As a result, an unexpected feeling appears and makes us hopeless.

Fear of growing older

As we all know that the living standard and the economical conditions of our society are very poor and totally unsatisfactory. That is why many people have doubts about their old age. A young and healthy man can work hard and earn his living but at 60, or even at 50, people start becoming tired and do not have courage to work.

Fear of illness

One more fear is on the peak, and that is the fear of getting involved in any type of incurable disease. So, people spend a lot of money for their health and fitness. Even in minor illness they visit doctor and rely on their diagnosis. It’s true that a person can become ill but thinking about all this before time is foolishness. People make themselves patients of anxiety by remaining suspicious about their future illness, such people only believe in taking medical treatments before time.

A fear which can be considered refreshing and pleasant is the fear from ALMIGHTY ALLAH. This fear makes people least bothered from the other fears, but unfortunately they ignore it and other types of fears discussed above are strengthening. [p70]
