Don’t look at fashion only but also see its comfort with its beauty.  Instead of pointed heels, wide front and broad heeled pump shoes are better and comfortable.

Feet plays an important part in our life, we can understand this by looking at the fact that an average person uses his feet forminimum five thousand times. Similarly, our feet bear weight of many hundred tons on an average. Whole life our feet walk almost 0.2 million km; it is equal to walk around the earth. No living being can ignore the importance and benefits of this part of their body. But reality is that some of us knowthe real strength of our feet to protect them, but many of us act carelessly and this careless attitude results in any severe pain or tension, only then we realize the importance of our feet.

Buy Comfortable footwear: When we talk about the protection of feet, our mind instantly goes towards the selection of shoes because it is the best way of protecting them, i.e. if shoes are comfortable. But there are many people who set the standard of fashion and high price while buying thefootwear; they want people to praise their selection. This desire of show-off is so strong that it makes them forget what will happen to their feet. Is it very tight or loose or can we walk easily in it???  Tight shoes make trouble for toes which keeps the body in constant torture. Loose shoes cannot keep heels at one place which not only makes walking difficult but also looks awkward.

High Heel shoes:Ratio of ladies who uses high heels is 50 %. The biggest damaging point about these sorts of shoes is that lower part of foot bears the whole weight of body, and toe’s side of shoes is tight which is not comfortable; toes, bones and muscleskeeps on shrinking. Pressure creates difficulties in blood circulation; it is the reason of feet swelling. Keeping the balance of body is hard and it is a constant threat of injury and sprain. So, always thinks about some points before buying footwear.

Don’t follow fashion only:Don’t look at fashion only but also see its comfortalong with its beauty.  Wide heel is better than pointed and slim heel. If you want to buy shoes then there should be a soft and good quality insole, to make walking easy and comfortable. Don’t go in the morning to buy footwear but wait until its evening, because then your feet will be in its proper shape and you will not buy tight shoes.  Never buy if it is tight, even slightly, do not listen to salesman if he says that it will lose after using. Usually it never happens but that shoes remain in the same condition.

Exercise and massage of feet: Exercise is very effective for tired feet, it gives relief and comfort. One method is; take hot water add salt in it; wait for it to become mild hot. Keep your feet for 15 to 20 minutes in it. Tired feet will feel comfort. Secondly, massage with any good oil or lotion time and again, and turn toes right and left.

Foot blisters:If our feet gets blisters for some reason it hurts a lot. The treatment is; tear the blister with some clean instrument and then clean it with cotton dipped in dettol or in any other germ killer. In the end, sprinkle uric powder on them.

Foot perspiration:There are more than 0.2 millionperspiring glands in feet, which expel out 6 ouncessweat daily. Foot of some people perspire more than six ounces, so much that their fingers become mushy or they suffer from itching. If such people apply powdered alum (phitkiri) on their sole or wear shoes with blotting paper inside, then this manner can prove to be fruitful; but you will have to change the blotting paper daily.

Usage of Vaseline:Massage your feet with Vaseline in afternoon or at night; weekly. Especiallyon heels. Wash your feet in morning with semi hot water. Clean them with a rough towel; it will make the skin soft and smooth.

Marks and spots on feet:Usually after winter, some ugly spots and lines appear on feet. We can remove them by usingMultaniMatti3 times in a week. Apply this paste for 20 minutes. If there is white rough skin, remove it with cuticle remover.

 Feet fungus:Dirty Socks, sweat and tight shoes usually lead to infection of fungus. To protect your feet from this infection, wash feet with soap daily and wipe them properly.Don’t always use close shoes. Leave your feet in open air after coming back from school, college, office or any other function. Do not use wet socks and wet shoes. Use anti- fungus creams and powder, it is effective.

Precautions:

After one week or one and a half week, trim nails; wash two times your feet daily with soap. At night, try to rest while placing them in a higher position than body by putting pillow under feet. Try to walk on foot for their exercise.
