Lace brown was born in an orphanage in USA and never knew about his parents. Initially, he got education from the same orphanage and while he was in level six, he was diagnosed as mentally retarded in a mental test which is conducted for all the students, but still he passed his matric from the same school.
Once Lace Brown's teacher asked him to write something and he refused to write saying as he was mentally retarded while his teacher encouraged him saying " you are completely fine and one should not stop progressing by listening to others." Lace Brown immediately approached that teacher and said "I want to be like you and for this what should I do?” the teacher said, “You should gain some confidence".
"And what should I do for this now", Lace Brown asked his teacher who suggested him to get a job in Radio.
Lace Brown reached Radio and sought a job for himself but the owner asked him about his experience in Radio or any other media job and having no experience, he was refused to get work. Than he came back to his teacher saying that he did not get the job while the teacher maintained that one cannot get a job in a single attempt and you should seek the job again and again.
In another attempt, Lace Brown again reached Radio and asked the owner to give him job who snubbed him saying "I know you and there is no job for You; Leave this place". Around fourth time, Lace Brown asked the owner for job, who appointed him to make coffee in his office.
One day, all doors of the radio station were closed and the person who was present there was in drunk condition. Lace Brown called his owner and told him about the situation that all the employees were on leave. The owner asked him whether he can broadcast a program. And Lace Brown responded him in positive.
Lace Brown started his program and the program remained successful. Then he left the Radio and joined another company which assigned him to collect a cheque of big amount from another company. While reaching there, Lace Brown was determined to get a project in the other company and he got the project only with his self-confidence.
