HOW TO GET FITNESS OUT OF EXERCISE

Please remember that at that time I was 40 years old. The zeal of people encouraged me to exercise and I started to jog. I was convinced that it will make my fatness disappear even though in the books of dieting this factor was considered a stupid and useless thing.

My fatness, just like others, was a problem for me. In order to get rid of it I went for dieting and cutting down food.  Usually you can get a lot of books on dieting topic form the market. During that time I couldn’t find out that what the real reason for my fatness. Was it my leaping towards food or was it due to my genetically transferred reasons. Well at least the books that I read had no answer for it. Yet all these books agreed upon one point that exercise can be no help for getting rid of fatness whatsoever.

I acted upon the instruction of these books for not one or two but ten years and the result was same as it was. I mean even though I had reduced my weight but I was still fat. After seeing g my situation I said good bye to dieting for good because it was nothing but a pain for me so what benefit was in there for me to continue with it.

Running for 4 miles and the result:
Then one day what happened was that I went into a famous park of London known as Hyde Park. There was a long marathon arranged by newspaper ‘London times’. There were people twice as old as me. Please remember that at that time I was 40 years old. People’s zeal encouraged me to exercise and I stared jogging. I was convinced that it will remove my fatness even though all the books considered it a waste of time. I kept on exercising. Till next summer I was jogging to a length of 4 miles and my weight was reduced by 10 pounds. Now the situation is like this that my weight has reduced and I have maintained it on this level and I eat everything but my weight doesn’t increase.

Excellent and healthy experience
Just because of this experience now I can say that books of dieting which consider exercise a waste of time are absolutely wrong,. Exercise is an excellent experience for removing fatness. My own experience has confirmed it.

Exactly contrary to dieting where a man gets tired, exercise increases his health and energy. The only condition is that right kind of exercise should be done. Some kind of exercises such as jogging increase the energy & health level and reduce the weight quickly. They make the metabolic system of body work fast. Where as in dieting this system gets slow. Another feature of exercise is that not only during exercise the consumption of fat becomes fast but also this feeling remains same after exercise. So if you are jogging for 10 minutes because of that in a normal condition your body will burn 90-120 calories more as compared to a normal person who doesn’t exercise. After exercise the consumption speed varies individually. For some individuals it is more, for some it is less .This must be a new thing for the reader and the reason for this is that this research on exercise and consumption of fat is absolutely new. Till 1970, in the countries of Europe, very few people used to spend active healthy life style. With increase in age their activities started to reduce.

The topic of this research was those people who in spite of increase in their age wanted to spend an active healthy lifestyle. So these kinds of people gave an opportunity to scientist for research and study. And scientists were able to study effects of exercise on consumption of fat and metabolic system. Regarding the facts The Royal College of Physicians have confirmed that in a week, 20 minutes of continuous and calm exercise make the heart and veins able to continue with his everyday activities. Due to this a person gets the feeling of happiness and energy. So an exercise for  particular time make you feel healthy and relaxes you. This kind of exercise is termed as anabolic or catabolic exercise.

Jogging; an excellent exercise: In my view jogging is an excellent exercise provided if it’s done for continuous 10 minutes and it is very cheap which every person can afford for the whole year. In the start for some time some, distance should be covered by walking and then while running. Same is the case with swimming As you know that our body needs oxygen as a fuel burner for consuming our food. The more exercise you get the more flame of oxygen burns our food. You must have experienced that blowing wind towards the fire also makes it blows faster. Similarly the blowing of wind in the lungs makes the process of consumption of food faster and turns it into energy. The more the oxygen is taken in and out of the body the metabolic system will automatically burn more food and will create a kind of balance which will confirm that the more fuel there is the more fire we will get.

As mentioned that dieting makes metabolic system speed slow. It will decrease the body metabolic rate and body will take less oxygen for itself. It is absolutely confirm that only anabolic exercises use those cells and fatness. This kind of things work which labors and farmer do in fields, factories and forests. Shepherds, mountain climbers who carry a lot of weight when they are old their health is amazing and their bodies are an absolute symbol of health and fitness. Whereas the people in cities and especially those people who love enjoying and relaxing complain about fatness. Since our villagers work continuously so their health and energy is amazing in old age and they have absolutely perfect young life. So I advise persons that don’t let your red cells turn into fat cells and exercise regularly throughout your life
