Take one piece Qurtum known as Qortuma in Punjabi language &One piece soap. Cut the Qurtum into half and take out its marrow to the extent that half piece of soap fits into it. Put the soap into Qurtum and shut close the Qurtum with tape or flour and bury it for 21 days in a pile of wheat. Take the soap out of Qurtum after 21 days and start using the soap. God willing pimples will go away. I and my sister-in-law used this method and in few days all the pimples from our faces vanished (Rafia Abdul Jabbar, Lahore)
