If you want to get rid of mental illness, eat together

Life is not the name of happiness but there is also sadness. We definitely eat and it makes us happy they ate and talked. During this time they talked to each other. They listened to each other's problems. They laughed and played. They never had any grief. Today, the main reasons why families do not sit together and eat together. Neither TV nor mobile phone is a hindrance in the conversation of those who eat together.  They used to laugh and tell stories to each other all day long, but nowadays very few people sit down to eat with their families. Most people think that this tradition is very old. And in this modern age it is difficult to do so. Why can't family members find time to eat together? Should we maintain this old tradition?

 

To make eating together a habit

When parents eat with their children, they are aware of their thoughts and feelings. When parents eat with their children, these children have the opportunity to interact with them every day. Many problems are easily solved in this way. One of our elders who knows us says that when I was young, eleven people used to eat together in our house every day. My father tried his best to have lunch at home. It was a time of great joy for us. We talked to each other all day long and we knew each other very well. We laugh and joke a lot. From Abu's example, we have learned that I also eat with my children. Life is often happier for children who eat with their parents.

 

Those who eat together, they are not becoming psychic

Children who eat with their parents at least five times a week are less likely to have mental health problems and get better grades at school, according to the US Drug Enforcement Administration. “Eating together reduces stress in children because we eat together every day, so my daughters can easily tell us about their problems, so I'm better off with my daughters' problems. When family members eat together, children develop good eating habits, according to a university report. People who eat alone are more likely to have or suffer from such mental illnesses.  In contrast, if the patient eats too much or too little food, the risk of such diseases is less if the family members eat together. When parents eat with their children, their parents tell them about Allah Almighty orders, teaches them Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. There are many benefits to eating together. Let's see what some people have done to make it a habit to eat together at home.

 

Make habit of eating together

It is important that family members cooperate with each other. Everyone should change their routine so that they can eat when everyone is at home. No matter what happens, eat dinner together. Everyone in the house needs to understand how important it is to eat together. An acquaintance said, "I handed over my job to have dinner with my wife and children."  I had to make some changes and had financial loss but it was very beneficial because I know what is happening in my home if I pay full attention to my work while working

It is my duty to pay the same attention to my husband and children.

TV, mobile internet, etc. can be an obstacle in the way of eating together with family. Nowadays, most young people do not talk much with their parents.  They don't understand how much fun it is to sit and talk the place where we eat does not play TV so we get a chance to talk Mom and Dad about what we have done. He often gives us good advice. It is not time to read at meal time but during this is an opportunity to teach and learn to know and understand your loved ones. A book describes the benefits of eating together, eating together eases the burden on everyone's heart. Of course, eating together will also benefit you. Even if you are very busy, it is time to eat with your family. This way you will find peace. You will be closer to your loved ones and relatives. By eating together we will learn to communicate. Children will listen carefully to what you say. They will listen to their elders carefully. They will write new words and also learn to express good ideas. They learn to eat at the appointed time every day. They learn to be respectful of others.
