What we should we do in the month of Ramzan Ul Mubarak that should reduce the thirst and hunger? What type of food or drink should be taken due to which the intensity of heat can be reduced? Due to these circumstances today we will inform you some kind of fruits that will be very useful for you.

Ramzan Ul Mubarak is blessed and gifted month of Allah. In this Month Allah bestow his countless blessing on all human mankind. However in summer days are long and nights are shorts. So in these days we should take care about our food and sleep. Hard/heavy food at the time of iftar can affect the sleepiness but it also effect the hunger at the time of Sahar. Health experts emphasized to avoid hard/heavy food items in Iftar Like Haleem, Big Meat, Potatoes, Meat and other heavy food in Iftar . Instead of heavy food Medical experts preferred on soft & digested foods like Porridge, Chicken, Yakhni, Kheer and other soft food. In addition to it Vegetables, fruits, Soup etc. is also useful in Iftar or Sahar. Consumption of such food also avoids indigestion but also provide soft sleep. Any How if after Iftari at the time of sleep one glass of Milk , Dates beverage, watermelon , grapes etc. can also be eaten. At the time of Sahar, Hard/Heavy food can cause thirst in the day.

BEVERAGES OF SAHAR:  In Sahar, Fresh lemon beverage, less leaf tea, use of water melon reduces the thirst at day time during fast. However use of strong leaf tea, coffee, Coke, 7-up, use of strong spices, Spicy pepper, Salted food can cause more thirst in the day time during fast. Extensive use of computer work, Mobile, and use of strong perfumes can also cause thirst.

CLOTHES IN FASTING CONDITION:  In fasting condition use loose clothes in which no plastic/silk are used. Don’t use sharp red, black, yellow, clothes. White, blue, etc colors were used for protecting the thirst. Instead of dry air try to use water type fans, coolers in summer for less thirst. Tremendous anger and severe temperament loss can cause hunger and thirst. So it is very necessary to become normal in Ramzan Ul Mubarak. During Sahar and Iftar , vegetables, fruits, like water melon, Peep, etc should be frequently used for avoiding hunger and thirst.

Fruits that help prevent heat in Ramadan and lack of water:  Ramzan Ul Mubarak is going to start very soon with all his blessing. While the weather is also concentrating with its full intensity and lot of people are forced to think what type of action they took in this Ramzan that reduces heat in Ramzan. What type of food , drinks they took in this summer that reduces the heat in Ramzan ul Mubarak . So considering this problem , we will suggest some fruits for you that was not only tasty but also their usage will cool you down and full fill water needs in your body.

Water Melon: There is 92% of water in watermelon; it contains mostly water and sugar. It contains magnesium calcium sodium potassium such as minerals are also found in sufficient amount. You feel full of energy and Hydrating. This year Ramzan Ul Mubarak will exist in May or June so Lot of water melon will be available in market.

FIGS:  The name of fig is mentioned in Quran which increased its importance in front of Allah. Fig is very useful for health. The daily use of Fig controls our blood pressure, and also improves digestive system. Which controls fats in our body and you feel slim and fit. Especially the use of Fig in Ramzan ul Mubarak is very useful for human heart. When Ramzan ul Mubarak started in hot summer season the use of fig became more compulsory.

Grape Fruit:  90% water is found in grape fruit. Calories and oxifying lemonzides present in grape fruit is very useful for human health. The usage of grapefruit in Ramzan Ul Mubarak  full fill the water requirement of body.

Mangoes:  Mangoes are the king of all fruits. You got 135 calories from the mango. In summer mangoes are available in bulk quantity and its use in Ramzan Ul Mubarak is good for health. So use mangoes in Ramzan and keep health.
