keep your body absolutely straight while running and focus your eyes on something 10 meter ahead of you. Run in a straight line while keeping your back erect. Let your arms loose and let them move naturally along legs.
 Running is the best exercise because it has many benefits. Running not only increases the circulation of blood, it also strengthens your heart, lungs, muscles and immunity. It you want to lose weight or keep yourself active, running is very beneficial for you. It is considered to be the easiest exercise for women because neither it requires one to go to the gym nor it requires an exercise machine: just wear joggers and start running on a suitable track. You will be strangely amazed to know that running is not only good for your physical well being rather it also produces a positive impact on your overall personality. According to psychologists it produces a positive energy in your thinking, produces humility in attitude and it strengthens your bond with other people. Its cause is said to be the production of a hormone inside the body named endorphin, produced as a result of running. It is a mood elevator, reduces stress and increases the feelings of happiness. Therefore it is advise to you to get ready and start running because it is not as difficult as woman usually think. Research has proved that exercise produce positive impacts of your psychology and it create a sense of satisfaction inside you which will strengthen you. Now a days it is even more important to exercise for every one because we eating oily and meet dishes has resulting in more cholesterol level which is dangerous for health therefore if you want to control your weight get ready to run.

 

Rules of Running

O yes! like various dealings in life running also has some rules, acting upon them is very important otherwise you will not be able to obtain maximum benefits therefore when you plan to run keep following thing s in mind. Warm up your muscles for almost 10 minutes before running. For this purpose stretching is the best exercise but beware our muscles are not completely relaxed when you start stretching, therefore after warm up of all the muscles of body start running at slow speed and then gradually increase your speeds within every 15 seconds to 2 minutes. Keep your body completely straight and focus 10 meter ahead. By keeping your back straight, run in a straight line, keep your arm relaxed and move them naturally along legs, keep your fists lightly closed. Since one perspires more while running make a routine of drinking at least 2 ltr water so that it prevents dehydration. Concentrate on breathing. While running relax your tummy while breathing air inside while pull it inverts during exhalation, while running fast keep  breathing rapidly and deeply. Try to exhale and inhale on the point when your weight is on the left foot. Keep smiling while running so that tension and stress does not come near you and run like you are not bothered by any stress and worries!

Dont go in a diet, start exercising!
According to a survey, people who did dieting have started to count calories in a diet instead of exercising and they are trying to reduce weight by decreasing their intake. Women are more in a habit of counting calories. Almost 50% women count calories in food whereas only one third of men do it. According to a survey of Glaxo Smithkline nutritional healthcare only 59% people out of 2000 know that exercise plays a vital role in improving health.
According to nutritional experts, availability of a variety of low calorie diet people prefers low calorie diet over exercising. Sports expert of Glaxo smithkline, john braiver says that usage of low calorie diet instead of going to the gymnasium is very worrisome. Low calorie diet is absolutely not a substitute of exercise,. Living an active life has many benefits. An expert of food research, Sharleen sho says, ‘I am not surprised with the results. There are many people who find going to the gym, a difficult task; therefore they prefer low calorie diet for losing weight. She says that it became apparent quite recently from a survey that only 12% people are member of a gym. She says that we cont consider going to the gym a compulsory thing but there should be increased physical activity e.g. you should use stairs instead of a lift and you should walk by foot more so that more calories are consumed. A physical activity of 60 minutes is necessary and it can be done in small intervals. According to an international research, having an active physical lifestyle substantially reduces the risk of cancer of the large intestine. Scientists have examined the data from 4 lakh 13 thousand people of 10 European countries and have come to the conclusion that physically active people get 10% less affected by the cancer of large intestine. According to scientists, a vigorous exercise of one hour or a less vigorous of 2 hours is sufficient to reduce the risk of cancer. This research proved that 35% of physically active people remain safe from the cancer of right side of large intestine. People who are active have less weight; risk of this type of cancer is thereby reduced in such people.
