My tested Prescription for the Illness of Diabetes!
ھو الشافی: Marmakki, kudar lobaan, heeng, ailwa, kalonji, take every medicine 50 grams. Take a pure thing from the shop of a good pinsaar. Then clean these herbs and fill them in a glass. And then depending upon how much you have filled the glass, take seven times as much water. And then pour that in a bowl. Put the medicines in it and boil them. Boil them well and keep on stirring them with a big spoon of steel or a wooden stick. When it has boiled well, then takes it off and cools it down. After that sieve that and fill it in clean bottles of glass. The medicine is ready.
The patients of diabetes should put 4-5 tablespoons in a small cup and drink it. Drink continuously for 40 days. After 40 days, instead of drinking it daily, take the dose after every second day. After this you can quit it altogether. This is a very useful prescription for older men and women. Its continuous use will be helpful. (The prescription will be saline, bitter and pungent, but it should be used continuously). During the use of medicine prevention is not required. I have tested this prescription myself. This prescription is useful for fat, cratenin and glands.

I have a family prescription that I would like to share with Ubqari. This is a priceless prescription. I found this prescription from my mother. And my mother found it from her grandfather who was a hakeem in India. I have used this prescription myself and I have had the people use it as well. Everyone has had 100% results. The illness is removed altogether. It doesn’t happen again. Even if ever it happens again, please use this prescription. My head used to become cold. I would feel extremely cold. ھو الشافی: Take un-sieved wheat flour. Make it dough. Keep it a little hard. Cook a one inch thick chapati. The bread has to be kept half cooked on the stove. Keep the bread so big that it fits on your head. Not on your ears. Keep the ears out. It has to be kept hot. As much as you can bare. When the bread becomes cold take it off. Respected hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum! For the past two years, I am continuously reading Ubqari. After reading everything that is written in it, I find peace in my heart. Before this as well, I have written in the Ubqari magazine and that has been published in the magazine as well. But now I am presenting a tested durood sharif in your service. I hope that the readers will read this durood sharif plenty of times and gain abundance of enlightenment. The durood pak is as follows: - [اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلٰی اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلٰی اَفْضَلِ بَیْتِہٖ]. The person who will recite this durood pak 100 times every day so Allah Almighty will fulfill his 100 needs. Among which 30 will be fulfilled in this world and 70 in the hereafter. For the Hair of the Face
Respected hazrat hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum!I have read in the past issue of the Ubqari magazine that you need prescriptions for the unnecessary facial hair, so I am also writing this prescription for you which are not for the unnecessary facial hair. Yes, however, it is beneficial for unnecessary hair. After waxing and threading the hair start coming very strong and black. So it is necessary that first you check your skin that it is not allergic. Or do not apply on the very delicate parts of the skin; otherwise the skin will tear away.
Prescription number 1: In order to weaken the roots of the unnecessary hair after threading, the milk that comes out of aak, with the help of the finger apply that in the pores from below to above. And keep it so for an hour or two. Then wash it. This is tested. Use it all the time after threading.
Prescription number 2: This prescription can be applied on the face as well. I have heard somewhere to boil 5-6 eggs and remove their yokes. Then put the yokes on a low flame. Burn the yokes. Along with that keep on changing their orientation. When they are burned well, then one to one and a half spoon of oil will come out of them. Put a small pinch of noshaadar in it. After mix waxing threading, apply it like this under the pores from below to above. And this will also weaken the roots of the hair. A Tested Deed for Love between Spouses
Respected hazrat hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum!I hope that you are fine. We are very recent readers of Ubqari. No matter how much we praise Ubqari is less. We pray that may Allah Almighty bestow blessings of this world, religion and the hereafter upon all of Ubqari and its staff. And to the staff of Ubqari, hazrat hakeem sahib daamat barkaataham and Allama Laahooti purisraari, may Allah give them all healthy lobg lives. Aameen! Hazrat hakeem sahib! You asked through Ubqari about a deed for mutual love and affection among spouses. So this is our tested deed that a practitioner told us about. We were in dire need of this at home and it was quite successful. The deed is: Verse numbe 102 of surah Baqarah. This has to be read 21 times daily at any one time. Whereas in this there is a mention of “ھاروت ماروت”. Upon reaching this point, you have to recite it a lot. Meaning that 21 times these days, “Haaroot and Maaroot” have to be said. Similarly, this deed is for 21 to 41 days. If it is done after achieving the purpose it can be a source of blessings. The affectee among the spouses should recite it. If the affairs have reached the end, then 41 times these verses should be recited. And 41 times they should be repeated as well.
A Twenty Years Old Tested Prescription for the Swelling of the Stomach:

ھو الشافی: Jozemaasal, 12 grams, filfil black, 12 grams, noshaadar tari, 24 grams, geero, 24 grams, Grind each one of them separately. A red powder is ready. Due to this prayer Allah Almighty rained in the dry desert. If someone shall recite these names 151000 times as a khatam, he/she shall be rewarded on the same day. And for ordinary needs reciting it for a 1000 times is also very beneficial. (Spiritual deeds).
A Tested Cure of all Torments: . Reciting this all the time for every problem is a tested cure of all the problems. A pirate caught hazrat Zaid رضی اللہ عنہ and he could just have killed you that you recited [] and Allah Almighty sent an angel from the sky who killed that pirate very quickly and redeemed you (رحمتہ اللہ علیہ) Reciting this name while prostrating after the Isha prayers is a strong cure of incurable diseases. Every Deed is Fulfilled, a Tested Deed of Many Times
Respected Hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum!I have a deed doing which inshaAllah every purpose is fulfilled. The deed is as follows. Any person who wishes that may Allah Almighty make everything in the universe to be in harmony with my desires. Whether that purpose is about sustenance, illness or with any impossibility. That person should fast on Monday, Thursday and Friday. And in three days he should recite 100 nawaafil. In the first rakat he should recite surah Kaafiroon and in the second rakat he should recite surah Ikhlaas. After every two rakats he should recite the following prayer 5 times. When you reach haajati, make an intention of your purpose in your heart. And perform this deed for 90 days. Meaning that on every Monday, Thursday and Friday keep fast and do this deed. My Tested Medical and Spiritual Prescriptions
Respected hazrat hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum!Allah Almighty has made me healthy viz a viz all bodily illnesses due to the prayer of hizb-ul-bahar and durood-e-Muqaddas.
If Vomiting and Diarrhea do not Stop: Now I send the readers of Ubqari the gift of my late grandfather. Now my mother prays that the children who’s vomiting and diarrhea do not stop, that is known as pota. People used to come from far flung areas to my grandfather and they used to get health. The dum is as follows: Recite durood sharif 7 times and then recite surah Fateha 7 times. And then 7 times durood Ibrahimi and he would make dum 3 times. And along with that they would do dum on oil as well. Massage was also soothing.
Tested Prescriptions: If a nail is stuck and does not come out, then by applying the milk of aak continuously, it comes out.
2. If due to falling or due to an injury a wound has developed then by heating turmeric powder in oil and applying removes peep and the pain subsides. And the wound also heels.
3. If glasses become dirty then by damp dry Nile and remove it after applying. The glasses will become absolutely clean. It is my prayer that may Allah give a lot of success to Ubqari.
