Anyone, whose naaf comes down or up, should sit on his feet early morning with both feet joined together and if one cannot do it still there is no harm. Keep some soft diet, halwa, and biscuit before you. Take a 2 or 2.5 feet long thick stick or pipe and press it between your knees and sit. After 2 or 3 minutes, use the diet before you and remove the stick. Naaf will become alright. Way to check Naaf: Take some thread or measurement tape and keep it in your naaf and both man and woman should check the distance from this point to their breast. If distance is equal then Naaf is Ok and if the thread is smaller or longer from other side then Naaf has either gone down or up. (Abu Sundas, New Multan)
