Respected Hakeem Sahib, Assalam-o-Alaikum! I have a potent treatment for piles which I gift to the readers of Ubqari. Take 21 strands of red cotton thread of one yard length and recite Surah Lehab on each strand and tie a knot. Tie 21 knots in the same manner. Then recite

 on left side and 

 on the right side and tie it around the waist of the patient. The disease will be cured by the will of Allah Almighty. (Atta-ul-Mustafa)
