Water:
It corrects the digestive system and makes regularity in body temperature. 20% of our body consist water and the life of every cell of our body is dependent on it. It is the most important thing to lose weight. It betters the efficiency of kidneys and liver and makes the stored fat of body the part of body after digesting it. It prevents the infection of urine canal. By drinking water the muscles and joints of the body contract and expend in proper way, water also stops the release of humidity from the body. Moreover water also stops the process of loosing of skin due to lack of weight. It helps the excretion of waste material of body and it is also anti-constipate. It makes your face and skin shiny and provides freshness.
Banana:
It is such a fruit which has 3/4 nourishing elements. The people who are suffering from blood pressure; banana is best medicine for them. In one banana vitamin C is in one-fourth of such quantity which a 1.5 year old baby requires daily. Banaba is a useful food for the patients who have lake of blood. So the people, whose body is weak due to lake of blood, should use banana in every season. Especially in Ramadan after Aftar, use of banana finishes the weakness and feebleness of the entire day.
Mango:
It is the fruit of summer. In summer, person is affected from sunstroke by going outside and walking in sunshine. Due to sunstroke person suffers from severe fever, eyes get reddish. To eliminate the effects of sunstroke, take raw mango and put in hot ashes. After sometime when it gets soft then get it out. Extract its juice and mix in cool water and sugar, then give it to patient, it will behave like antidote. Make the powder of clave of mango and take daily in the morning before eating or drinking anything by mixing sugar in it. In few days cure from disease of gleet will be achieved. The people who have the problem of blockage of urine they should take, the peel of the root of mango tree, leaves of شیشم 12 g, boil these ingredients in 1 Kg water. When one-third of it is left then cool it and drink it after mixing sugar. Urine will pass easily. Mango creates blood in the body and makes the body shiny. Mango is approximately a complete foodstuff; therefore, in Ramadan you must use it at Aftari. The people having healthy stomach should eat mangoes with full of their heart and after this drink fresh water or Lassi of milk and can enjoy the peaceful sleep. If Lean persons eat mangoes in this season with full of heart, their body will become healthy.
Husk:
It is the shell of grains like wheat, rice and oats. It is full of nutrients and healthy components. The husk of oats minimizes the level of cholesterol except the one heart dangerous cholesterol LDL; it maintains the level of useful type of cholesterol HDL. Besides this husk provides fiber to our body which makes the digestive system effective and it is also anti-constipate. Use the loaf containing husk i.e. unrefined flour or cook it with other grains.
Papaw:
Papaw has the most carotene, as compared to other fruits, which has the ability to convert food into vitamin A. Due to less calories it is famous in the dieting personals. It has vitamins in abundance quantity. The P enzyme present in papaw corrects the function of digestive system. It is a useful diet for disabled persons because it can be chewed and swallowed easily. Wounds are healed earlier if pieces of papaw are kept on them.
Tomato:
Tomato is such a vegetable which is used as curry and as salad with the meal but only few people know about its nutritious importance. Tomato has more quantity of vitamins and calories as compared to the other vegetables, fruits and meat. Tomato is a soft food which can be chewed easily and it digests earlier. There is a health center in Chicago where tomato is used for children. The physicians of this health center say that the effects of tomato juice are proved as much useful that couldn’t have imagined. Such children who are weak or are suffering from Flatulence should be fed tomatoes because its juice increases the hunger. It corrects the function of intestines. Similarly the extract of tomato is a healthy drink. If in the season of tomatoes, the dishes containing tomatoes are eaten three times in a week, the deficiency of different nutrients in human body is fulfilled for one year.
Oats:
Oats notoriously is an active diet and it contains 12% protein by volume. It has Vitamin E and Vitamin B-complex in abundance. Moreover it has potassium, calcium and magnesium which make the bones and teeth stronger after combining with other vitamins. Recent research has proved that oats decreases the cholesterol level.
Onion:
In Pakistan onion is a public food. There is trend of eating loaf with onion at afternoon in Pakistan. This favorite food of hardworking personals saves them from the tiredness of whole day and provides them energy. By use of raw onion, the urine is passed easily and its use is helpful in eye diseases. If eyes are suffering from ophthalmic disease then take the extracted water of onion and honey in equal quantities and put it in eyes, the eyes are cleaned. Is this not amazing that the treatment of the strongest organ of the body, the heart, is done by the most sensitive vegetable and from its thinnest layers or leafs? You will be amazed but you will have to accept that the Greek Physicians’ decision is exactly right and 100% useful that in the soft layers of onion there is a huge quantity of such slats and vitamins which create the flesh. Therefore it is the irrevocable decision of researchers that onion does not let the fat to be deposited on sensitive organs such as heart because in the greasy cells of onion the layers of fats cannot be deposited. Means the nature has filled this vegetable with full of heart curing ingredients. If you use an onion with loaf it works as a useful curry. If 125 g onions are eaten with two loafs then the nutrients for the whole day are achieved for a man. Onion filters the poisonous air of the body from the oily ingredients and it is useful for the stinky air releasing from the belly.
