Respected Hakeem Sahab, Assalamualikum, I have the following tips to get rid of Termites.

1. To get rid of termite in the government building and residences, we have been using BIFLEX which is available in the market. You may find this medicine in the store where you find agricultural medicines and is in the form of 1 liter packing. You may get it for 800 rupees. If your furniture, doors are effected by termite then mix BEFLEX with 20% of water. Firstly you need to make holes using the drilling machines in your furniture, doors or any area that is affected by termite. Now inject then mixture of BIFLEX into these holes using injections. You may close the holes after injecting the medicine. Your furniture will be saved from termites for 20-25 years. If your walls are affected with termites you can spray the same mixture on the wall and you will get rid of Termites.
2. If you want to get rid of ants. You may use the same medicine diluted with 50% of water. Sprinkle this mixture of the ground. If the ground is of mud, ants will not be seen if the medicine is sprinkled once. However the ground where you have tiles, it should be sprinkled at least 2-3 times in a month. It is recommended to use this medicine before you fix tiles as it keeps away the insects, Scorpios, snakes for 20-25 years. Below medicines are found in the market:
