Daily, among fuming and sobbing tales and live stories of daily life, also comes a problem that I brought up my child with much affection as a widow…….
A lady said, “My hand became twisted by sewing the clothes, my children used to love me and were obedient, I chose a bride (for my son) wisely. When the girl came to my home (after marriage), she had a wish that now he is only my husband, not the son of his mother. When my son used to come back at home she used to tell him strange and fake stories. My son used to stay quite. As the time passed, I felt that my son’s behavior had changed towards me. The passion of love, affection and service of mother disappeared. After some time he said, “I want to live separately.” I was totally surprised, I said to my son, “it is time that you should take care of me…. Even though I earn my livelihood myself, I am not a burden on you, you are my support. I have been dreaming for the innocent voices and mischieves of your children for twenty six years, now it is the time of child’s delivery and where are you going….”My son didn’t listen to me and left his three younger siblings. My daughter in law snatched my son, now I urge to see my son and I am restless.”
Her scarf got wet with tears. But the important thing the lady said, “I am afraid that my daughter in law’s offspring might behave the same with her. Then I looked into my past, I didn’t do this with my mother in law then why it happened to me….? And for what has this happened? I accepted the decision of Almighty, but I am afraid for my upcoming generations lest this should happen to my daughter in law. Now my house is ruined, I have my children with me but my elder son was my support.”
Dear Readers! Are the mothers made for this (behavior)…..? There are many tensions, problems, incidents and troubles of life in this society of every nature. Adopting any solution may be misleading and false because the cause of these problems are the painful sighs of mothers which are knocking the Arsh (the highest sky) and Arsh is vibrating. Couples come to me with their innocent children and when I listen to their painful stories. Amazingly a strange feeling arises in myself and tells that there are sighs of mother behind the son and bad wishes of mother in law behind the daughter in law. Alas! If anyone could understand it….!
