Actually the sweating process on one side helps to cool down the human body and along with it helps to remove all the dirt and dust from out of body and opens up the pores of human body. Even in intense heat, perspiration helps to cool down the body.

Complete secret to cleaning of body: Some people get scared on seeing few drops of sweat on their foreheads. They consider it a sign of tiredness, fatigue, lack of glucose and low blood pressure. Physician and researchers have a completely different idea because a lot of articles are published on medical health and food which point to the fact that sweating in a limit is a sign of good health and the performance of body remains well.
