For Kidney And Gallbladder Stones: Heat big cardamom on a pan, and then remove 50 grams seeds from it, 50 grams Kalmi Shora or Salt Peter. Two small slabs of Mash Kafur. Grind all of these to make a mixture and give one gram of the mixture to the patient along with buttermilk (water, salt and milk) three times. 

Negative emotions don’t allow us to think well and there is a reaction without even understanding the entire situation. In such a condition, the person becomes an extremist and he would always see what he wants to.  

Life is a very beautiful thing and what makes it beautiful and interesting is our emotions and feelings. Like positive feelings makes ones life coloured beautifully, in the same way, negative emotions destroys the beauty of life. We cannot measure feelings or negative emotions either and due since they are unmeasurable, they can easily reach extremes if gone unnoticed. If they reach to their extremes, then that person is not harmful for others but also for his own self. This is because he himself becomes a picture of hatred and envy. People dislike such personalities and they try to avoid them.  

People Who Suffer From Inner Restlessness

Envy is one of the negative emotions that we come across in our daily lives but then a question arises, what does envy actually means? Envy is a negative direction that builds up in a person if he considers himself to be greater or lesser than anyone else. Due to this negative emotion, the person tends to be restless on someone’s happiness and success. 

  1. Making fun of people
  2. Showing unhappiness on someone’s success instead of encouraging them.
  3. Feeling peaceful to see someone troubled.
  4. Critiquing people unnecessarily 
  5. Using different techniques to show one’s own importance

Apart from these ways, there are a lot of other ways through which the envy within a person shows up. Human nature consists of different emotions and like there is no instrument to measure the emotions such as happiness, faithfulness, pain, sadness and arrogance etc, there is no instrument to measure envy either. However it’s importance is visible from this point that the person not only harms other people due to it but he also destroys his own future. 

If you suffering through such a thing, don’t feel worry but instead, try to solve it. Don’t get worried on criticizing sentences and fun making remarks. You should just focus on yourself. Keep yourself the way you would like yourself to be. Take negative situations with positivity and instead of getting heartbroken, try to learn from that situation. These negative and criticizing statements can act as a kick start for you but you should just keep on moving ahead.

For example if a teacher tells his students that you might be able to clear your exams on borderline. This doesn’t really means that the teacher cannot see you clearing your exams but in reality his aim is to make the child realize his responsibility so that he doesn’t becomes careless in his studies. Positive thinking not only helps one to stay successful but also makes one healthy. Wherever negative thinking will strike in, so will the diseases. 

Who Is The Real Target Of Envying?

Negative emotions don’t allow us to think well and there is a reaction without even understanding the entire situation. In such a condition, the person becomes an extremist and he would always see what he wants to. We do not want to bear anything that is against our acceptance. This situation doesn’t only increases our angriness and pain but it also stops us from enjoying life. 

What Should We Do In Unfavorable Situations

Negative situations can prove to be painful for you. I am going to tell you about some ways which might not be able to completely solve your problem but it will definitely make it better. Do not repeat unfavorable and painful incidents since it will make your pain worse.

Be Realistic! Remember that all of the people cannot take care of you all the time nor can they express their love. 

Stay Calm: Do not get very worried on a negative situation, instead involve yourself in some light exercise or some hobby that brings you peace such as reading books, talking to friends etc. 

Learn From Situations: Instead of getting broken hearted due to situations, start learning from them. Analyze what kind of incidents give you pain so that you can make yourself ready before any such event is about to occur. 

Make Exercise Your Habit: Go for a morning walk. Exercise helps to release hormones that makes one calm and happy. 

Stay Away From Past: Do not allow yourself to be a part of your past every single time. This thing will always make you go away from the present life. 

Forgive People: If possible, forgive the people who are envying you. Just remember, they are more in pain than you are.
