A doctor started a clinic and in only a few days it became successful, He displayed the feature that he greeted every patient first before the patient could. Normally, doctors await for the patients to greet them first. In this case, the doctor started greeting the patients. This method became successful and soon the clinic started to perform well. Even though he was not professionally a doctor, he was only an RMP. A shopkeeper observed that if a customer has many currency notes, he would keep the neat and clean notes with himself and give the shopkeeper old and untidy notes. The shopkeeper understood from this that he customer likes new and clean currency notes. He decided to use this mentality of the customer. He made this principle that whenever a customer will buy something from his shop and hand him a big currency note, while calculating the balance he will return new and clean notes to the customer every time. The shopkeeper’s till always contains all types of notes, bit whenever the shopkeeper opened his till to return money to the customer he used to go through all the notes, separated the old and tore notes, and returned the customer new and clean notes. To gain new currency notes the shopkeeper used to collect all of his old notes and exchanged them with the bank for new smaller notes. He used to mix the new notes, with the old ones in his till so that when he is returning the balance to the customer the customer will be able to see that his shopkeeper is keeping aside the old notes and returning the customer new and clean notes. This strategy of the shopkeeper apparently, was not worth anything and was something regular, but he managed to extremely impress his customers. The customers thought that the shopkeeper took care of them a lot, slowly and gradually he won the hearts of his customers using this strategy, and his shop became so successful that there was always a crowd in front of his shop. The secret to success is that a person should create a prominent feature in himself, and prove that you kind to people. This could be done using any simple strategy also, to the least extent by also speaking a few kind words, or by giving back new currency notes in turn of old ones.
