IF YOUR POCKET PERMITS YOU TO EAT FISH THEN IT IS RIGHT TO EAT FISH DAILY BUT IF YOU ARE NOT VERY FOND OF IT THEN EAT IT TWICE A WEEK, IT WILL BE APPROPRIATE. THOSE WHO DON’T EAT FISH, THEY CAN GET OMEGA 3 BY EATING WALNUTS, FLAX SEEDS OR OIL. 

In such reign in which fruits, vegetables, meat and other food are produced with un natural processes, the utility of fish has increased more and there is no change in it. The health experts consider fish meat better than other animal’s meat and it is the best and complete food that contains fish. It is called the treasure of energy and fitness that contains mineral ingredients which is best for mental growth. Except this, it is an important and big source of proteins and fats. Experts say that the fats and proteins that are achieved from fish have more capacity to digest and absorb than the fats and proteins obtained from other meats. The experts’ opinion is that the fish containing fat should be eaten two or three times in a week. It is the best substitute of any other sea food and has the capacity to fulfill the deficiency of food in body. Other than that it removes such deficiencies that are produced in the body due to lack of nutrition. The researchers say that by eating one ounce fish daily helps to keep physical cells healthy. It decreases heart diseases and also activates the repairing system of physical cells. According to experts, fish is very beneficial for arthritis, intestinal hardness and swelling of joints. The use of fish is also beneficial for heart diseases. Fish is a useful diet for high blood pressure, heart attack, blockage of veins and intestinal intake especially for those people who do plastic surgery. If they use fish regularly, the danger of blockage or contraction of veins can be reduced to forty to fifty percent. Fish is beneficial for itching. The fish oil is beneficial for asthma and migraine. The people who eat fish they get omega3 in body, apparently this grease stops the heart beat which can be the reason of sudden death. It is estimated that from omega3 fish oil the blood stickiness decreases. If your pocket permits you to eat fish then it is right to eat fish daily but if you are not very fond of it then eat it twice a week, it will be appropriate. Those who don’t eat fish they can get omega3 grease by eating walnuts, flax seeds or oil. It is a common thinking that this grease (that is present a lot in fish) protects heart. Keep one thing in mind that if you eat bad grease with good grease it will not produce any effect rather the weight will increase. There are controversies in this regard that if the products made by fish oil are eaten instead of eating fresh fish omega3 seeds, the benefit will be the same, but it will be better that without any solid statement, fish and seeds should be preferred. 

 SOME PRECAUTIONS BEFORE EATING FISH:

*According to experts if you want to get more benefit of fish, less fry it and use baked fish more.* Try to use sea fish. The fish of stream or river can be affected by the pollution. * Avoid buying large size fish. Small size fish is much better. * Don’t eat fish of one kind rather change the kinds.* Avoid eating skin of fish. * Clean and wash it well before cooking because sometimes poisonous chemicals are present in their skin. * The people who have joint pains should not eat fat fish rather they should eat white fish, it will be better for them. THE NATURE OF SUGARCANE AND ITS BENEFITS:

There are ten kinds of sugarcane in Pakistan. Sugarcane is in numerous countries, the effectiveness of sugarcane is warm, if we agree that it is warmer and the warmer thing produces biliousness disease but by eating sugarcane the disease of biliousness ends and it also removes gonorrhea, jaundice, urine blockage, bilious cough, vomiting, and increase of hunger. Eating too much sugarcane causes diarrhea or lose motions.  Not much research is done by wise men on the benefits of sugarcane, the common people merely know that with sugarcane, sugar, brown sugar and vinegar is made rather it removes many diseases. One kind of sugarcane is very delicious and sweet, its name is Titron whose outer shell is soft and thin. SUGARCANE’S BENEFITS: 1- By eating sugarcane teeth become stronger, bleeding of gums end. 2- The eternal constipation ends. 3- The weak and slender patients should eat sugarcane; they will become healthy and fit. 4- Sugarcane ends dry cough.5- By eating sugarcane sore throat or throat itching will end and the voice gets perfect.6-Food will be digested by eating one fresh sugarcane after meal.7- It ends blood vomiting, wounds of stomach and intestines.8- It ends blockage of urine, irritation and gonorrhea.9-Drink sugarcane juice by mixing pomegranate juice in it the blood piles will end, if a person is suffering from motions, it will stop too.10- Epistaxis (nose bleed) patients must use, the nose will not bleed again. 11- Jaundice patients drink one glass of fresh sugarcane juice after every four hours, with Allah’s mercy even the old jaundice will end in twenty days. 12- By eating it skin diseases end, it purifies the blood.
