Once a person told me that when I started yoghurt with Podina (Mint) my tummy reduced 03 inches. I had muscular pain all removed vanished with the Mint and yoghurt. Now I feel less weight, full sleep, No tension/depression with the use of Mint. You should also use Mint with yoghurt. You will never become ill. Oh! I forgot to tell you about my previous talk about Politician. When I told him about all his diseases is due to Coffee. I just informed him that Coffee is not a bad thing. Actually this is food of cold countries where 09 month are full of snow and cold weather and for only 03 months are little warmer. Whereas our country Pakistan is a warm country. Where 09 months are full of Son, heat. Only 03 month are of cold in winter. Is food of winter countries is beneficial for us. Absolutely not. Because health and fitness belong to climate of a country. He understood my point and replied that due to extensive travel in and out of country, I thought that Coffee is main cause of my health and fitness. Your point is right that we should take food according to our climate condition. Then I also told him that British came to India in 1606 century and in 1757 A.D he controlled on the half of subcontinent. In 1857 AD they controlled on the full subcontinent. All building in subcontinent were of higher height than normal height. It was the law in British Empire that all building height would be at least 15 ft. less than 15 ft. height was not allowed because of warmer climate in subcontinent. Even you see that in today’s arena all building of that British era was of high height. You will astonished that British came from Cold /snow countries but they wrote in their Law books that everyone who came in to subcontinent must use Yoghurt and Lassi in his daily life.
