These days it is very common to find snakes and Scorpio while digging graves. During digging some graves one feels restlessness. Because while digging the graves one has to be barefoot I often find my feet as if they are on fire.
Respected hazrat hakeem sahib Asalamolakium! My nephew from Mumbai asked a few questions from an old grave digger. He posted all the answers to me in Karachi. Grave digger’s findings in my nephew’s words: I asked the grave digger baba ji! Tell me something about the graves of sinful people. Digging the graves of such people is very difficult and stressful the mud of the grave is very hard sometimes a stone comes in the way these days it is very common to find snakes and scorpio while digging graves. During digging some graves one feels restlessness. Because while digging the graves one has to be barefoot I often find my feet as if they are on fire. During my life I have seen even fire and smoke coming out of the grave while digging it. After burial I have seen fire burning on graves at night time. And from some screams as well.
Baba ji was telling me all this in response to few of my questions. In my imagination I was thinking about my own grave that whether it’ll be easier for my grave digger to dig my grave or it’ld burn his feet while digging. Or I don’t know if I’ll even have a grave or not. So friends! This is the reality of our temporary life, which I am presenting for you. I have seen the colourful life and the darkness of the graveyard as well. Grave is our permanent home in which we have to stay till Sur is blown. Sometimes take time out of your beloved temporary homes and go to graveyard where you will live permanently and check out the abode of those living there and get an idea about your abode there and think about it from time to time. My friends! Graveyard is the only international housing society where you get a two foot plot without any work. Where everyone has to take care of the light, space, cool breeze and gardens etc. of their plot beforehand. Therefore, won’t it be nice that when we go to our permanent homes all the arrangements are completed beforehand. The only missing thing would be our arrival.
