Respected Hakim Sahib, Asslam-o-alaikum! Once some jealous people filed a false FIR against me and a woman blamed that I abused her. We tried our best to come to terms with them but in vain. Somebody advised me to recite Surah Quraish 40 times after Fajar Prayers, recite Dua e Anas 7 times after every prayer and  101 times after Isha prayer. Exact after 30 days, the person who filed the case against me, had an accident. The woman who charged me of abuse had a robbery in her house after three days. After exact 41 days, that man and woman fall out with each other and they dismissed the case from police station. If you are really unlawfully disturbed, this practice will prove very effective for you.
