Today’s scientific era has given facilities to mankind but man has become machine itself, man is suffering from continuous fatigue and restlessness which has increases tiresomeness, the person who is tired how can he become reason of relief for others, that’s why we have to adopt ways to include comfort in our life. Important part of human machine is heart and mind, where there are seas of eruditeness, proficiency and expertise in mind there is heart is the reason of growth of all parts of the body, from mind whole body gets new news so we should adopt such rules and regulation from which mind could get comfort to increase its capability. Best tonic for mind is natural sleep which is need of every child, youngster, old age people, man and women; everybody has different capacity of fulfilling its sleep. Few people complete their sleep in 4, few in 6, few in 8 few in 10 or 12. Few people do not get fresh after sleep due to which body feels weakness, tiresomeness, restlessness, today we will discuss few ways due to which we can get fresh and active by completing our deep and pleasant sleep. 

Make your routine: first of all we make routine of our sleep, if we make our routine sleeping early and early rise it will make our body and mind active, will increase our capability, will improve performance and we will get natural sleep because ALLAH has made night for comfort, avoid sleeping I odd nights.

Recitation of Name of ALLAH and sleep:  take name of ALLAH in morning and evening, think about ALLAH before sleep, that ALLAH has spread night for us and above is a personality who do not sleep is protecting us, consider as we are under  the shade of ALLAH you will immediately get pleasant natural sleep.

Walk and exercise: fresh air of morning, enjoy sunlight and do light exercise, make yourself habitual of natural atmosphere.

Balanced diet: balanced diet and diet on time is very beneficial for our body. Avoid oily and indigestive food, also avoid tea, coffee, cola, chocolate and fast food where are as old things such as LASSI, milk, BAZORI drink, drink of sandal, fresh juice of sugarcane, and lemonade from lemon are good for comfort. Use simple food, vegetables, fruits, pulses do heavy breakfast and in afternoon have moderate lunch and in evening take light digestive dinner, offer prayer and come to bed while taking name of ALLAH, as per sunnah sleep after dusting your bed and reciting dua of sleep.

Routine: change your routine yourself early to bed is part of  good brought up, also make children habitual of early to bed otherwise children will waste time with tv and computer, it will affect their health, educational performance, develop atmosphere of mutual understanding, sit together and share good things and find  solution to you problems collectively. Help each other and strictly make yourself punctual of timing shortly you will become habitual of sleeping in time. Watching tv make children sleepless, such images get engraved at their mind and they disturb children’s sleep by becoming night mares. Child become dumb and slow get afraid of everything, adopt good time pass such as games which include physical and mental  activities, this is how your mind will become active and you will get pleasant sleep. Breathing is deeply connected to sleep. Do breathing exercise and recite KALMA by giving attention, it will cure upset system of sleep, continuously recite KALAM with attention until you fall asleep keep you mind free from every kind of thought. Control your conscious and get comfortable sleep, exercise of continuity is actually exercise of comfortable sleep. Keep trust on ALLAH only HE has control over every kind of situation, that’s why offer your daily prayers with complete attention, pray from ALLAH for the betterment of your home, your neighbors, and whole Ummah.
