Respectable hakeem sb Asalam-o-Alaikum! I am writing two tested recipes of my late mother.

For cleanliness of teeth, use scalp of lemon after squeezing it with added salt inside it. It creates sparkling teeth. For sweat smell use pathkari (which is easily available from herbal stores) place it in bathtub or bucket. Otherwise rub it under the arms after bath. You will not have sweat smell.
