Respected Hazrat Hakeem Sahib, Assalam-o-Alaikum! May God keep you safe and sound and bless you with success, Ameen! I have two successful and tried out acts which are mentioned below:-
Relief from all illnesses of Womb: If somebody is not having children then she should recite Surah Najam daily and should drink water after doing dum on it. All the illnesses of womb will go away with Allah’s mercy and if one recites it for 9 months then with Allah’s mercy will have a son. It is very beneficial to give water after writing Surah Najam with Safaron (and dipping it in water) for any problem of the womb. Daughter in law of my uncle has two uteruses in her abdomen and she did not have any children. My aunt upon my telling her starting giving her the above mentioned water and Masha Allah now she has two daughters and one son.
2nd Act: If somebody is not getting a reply of his letter or application then he should recite “Ya Mujeebo” 1000 times for 3 days after Fajar Prayers, within some time or few days will get a reply. This is my tried out act and I say that my reply has descended or will descend from the sky (Farzana Munir, Bahawalpur)
