Easy way to increase length of hair

Respected Hakeem Sahib As Salam O Alikum!I have tremendous way of increasing length of hair which is written below:

ھو الشافی: cut leaves of aloe vera from center and fill them fenugreek (میتھی) seeds and leave them under shade for three days and after that grind it, mix it in bitter oil and Castor oil  and apply. Also apply egg and yoghurt on hairs once in a week or once in a month. (M.M, Bukhar)
