Apple peals which we waste. Nature has preserved nourishment, taste and many benefits in it. Boil apple peals in water after that place it on low flame for half hour, when its color changes to orange add milk in it, its color will look like Kashmiri tea. Add salt or sugar as per taste or you can drink it without adding milk in it have it with honey, it will be more beneficial if lemon added in it, use daily. For fragrance you can add cardamom and cinnamon as per your need. It is better than ovaltine to reduce weakness of typhoid, heart diseases, and dysentery and stomach diseases.
