From three years I had been suffering from the problem to feel being alien after getting up from sleep “especially from afternoon sleep” I used to take so long to understand my surroundings, my heart beats so fast and I take long to get ready for ablution and asar prayer after.
Then I left “qaelola” (after lunch nap) my sister in law always said me to take a bit of rest but I used to refuse her by saying that “If I slept I will lose my memory”, one day after lunch everybody slept and I was awaking, as usual, then my sister in law said to me that sleep while reciting ’’ اَللہُ اَلْبَاقِی ھُوَالْحَکِیْمُ‘‘
After reciting the dua of sleeping I put my head on pillow in a scared way, while reciting it, I slept and Alhamdulillah I woke up so fresh, still I am practicing it I never ever suffered that problem again. May Allah be happy with my sister-in-law. Amen!
In my aunt’s home there always informative things, prayers and pieces of newspaper or in hand writing of family members are pasted on refrigerator with magnet. Everybody is benefited by reading them, one day I saw, written there, after every Farz Namaz
اَللّٰھُمَّ خِرْلِیْ وَاخْتَرْلِیْ
should be recited 33 times with Drood e Ibrahemi, for any current problem’s solution it have tried and its really best, Allah showers His mercy. May Allah grant his Happiness to my aunt.
My sister-in-law often used to say me and my husband to recite the verse no 114 of sora Maida it gives Barka’h in livelihood, I took this advice less important but when I read the article of one devoted sister in June’s Ubqari magazine, it grasped my heart and Allah gave me strength to recite it, I recite one tasbee in Moring and evening and before breaking fast I must recite 11 times, Allah has shown His mercy to me, may Allah show His blessing to my sister-in-law and that sincere sister. Ameen
