Whoever wants to vacant the house from the tenants should do following for 11 days; After namaz maghrib stand in the direction of qibla and read 41 times Sura Fateha, 41 times Sura Ikhlaas, 300 times Ayat e Kareema and pray to Allah with hands raised above head. Read Darood sharif 11 times at the beginning and end of this act. Do this upto the completion of purpose and donate to needy people.
Note: Do not do it for illegitimate purpose and not more than 11 days. If the problem solved within 11 days immediately stop the amal (doing).
Cure of diarrhea:
The person should take a bowl of milk with his mouth and the other person should drop the lemon in his mouth at some time. Person should drink this milk continuously and this is a very effective cure.
Nose bone increases:
Take some leaves of neem and boil it in the water and pour some salt in it and after this drop it in the nose by the way of Wadhuu imitation. Within few time, the bone will stop increasing.

The skin with the wheatish colour should use the soap which is soft and delicate in nature and use this lotion on your skin. Mix of baadam e roghan ( one part) glycerine ( half part) rose water Arq e gulaab ( 2 parts) Arqe lemon few drops.
