Respected Hakeem sahib! I have a remedy for problems related to the spine, disc problem and joint pains. Take approximately one kg of fresh winter cherry (withania somnifera) and wash thoroughly to rinse the dirt away. Cut two inch pieces and soak in four kg of water. Place this on the stove 20 hours later and when it becomes a syrup like mixture add three spoons of this to milk or warm water and use daily. In Shaa Allah it will give you recovery.
