With the arrival of Ramadan, summer season is also at its peak. Matching with the season, a number of colorful fruits filled with nectar are also available in the markets. These fruits provide energy to body in sun. Seasonal fruits also effectively meet the deficiency of water in the body.

By fasting, the digestive system of our bodies gets strengthened. Fast also prevents many diseases from occurring. Under different circumstances, Fast amazingly proves to be very useful and is an effective source to get rid of ailments disturbing since long.

These fruits provide energy to body in sun. Seasonal fruits also effectively meet the deficiency of water in the body. In this regard the first one to be mentioned is dates.

Dates:  Muslims are instructed to do Aftaar with dates as the energy level of the body decreases while fasting. Nature has combined such important nutritive elements in dates which are required by our bodies. Dates eliminates the acidity of the stomach. Date is not only effective for Aftaar while fasting but it also have many more benefits. With respect to nutrition, it is a very good energetic diet. It has hidden treasures of strength. It is a treasure for production of blood. It helps in gaining weight to the weak people. Provides strength to bodies. In addition is a source of strength for brain, nerves and stomach. People who are physically weak, thin or under weight and face the deficiency of blood, they should use dates as a diet and medicine. For mental strength also, dates are a great gift. With its regular intake, the brain gets strength and positive change is observed in its performance. People with iodine deficiency should particularly use dates. Due to use of dates, cholesterol level in blood does not increase. Everyone knows that if cholesterol increases in blood, it may cause cardiac arrest. Date is a complete diet which is also nutritive.

Milk:   Using milk in Ramadan is also much necessary as milk is an excellent diet. Milk should be used in diets as much as possible since milk is the easiest and effective mean to gain calcium. Calcium particularly acts as an excellent medicine for stopping ailments in weak and brittle bones. In addition, skimmed milk is a superb cure for blood pressure. Using milk does not let stones form in the kidneys and chances of early tooth decay are greatly reduced. Milk saves from cancer. You must use milk during Ramadan al Mubarak. This does not only provide you with nutrition but also assists in keeping you healthy. Our beloved Holy Prophet ﷺ­ very much liked milk.

Peach: For several summer season ailments, peach is a tasty medicine as well as fruit. It reduces the body heat increased due to high climatic temperatures. It is rich in vitamins A, B and C. It is also considered as important as a medicine for skin diseases. Nature has also produced anti bacterial qualities in it. Consuming it with its rind is digestive and reduces constipation. Old aged and weak people are greatly benefited by combined use of peach with honey.

Plum:  Plum is a sour fruit. In extreme heat, plum syrup is helpful against dehydration in body. It is excellent for eliminating stomach acidity. Helps reduce thirst. Its excessive use can also cause loss of diet. It is especially effective for patients suffering from pancreas and kidney diseases.

Melon: Whether sweet or tasteless, melon is useful in both the cases. According to Hakeems’ opinion, melon provides relief to kidney diseases like a medicine. If there are small stones in kidney, they are cured with its use. Melon contains protein, calcium, copper, vitamin A and also starch. This is an easily digestible food.

Pear:   Pear reduces fats in blood. That is why this fruit proves very useful in heart diseases. Its characteristics are hot and wet. It ends body dryness that is why in extreme summers, pear
